Barbell Strength is programmed around improving athletes' technique when performing the two main Olympic lifts - the snatch and the clean & jerk. Our USAW-certified coaches hand-craft every workout to ensure you get the guidance, technique practice, and confidence necessary to master these lifts.

Barbell Strength involves learning, refining, and progressing the snatch and clean & jerk technique. You'll complete many of the 50+ drills and accessory lifts we use to improve your form and technique. 

The Olympic lifts train athletes to effectively activate more muscle fibers more rapidly than through any other modality of training. The explosiveness resulting from this training is vital to every sport. In proper USAW form, you'll progress in weight relatively conservatively as you continue to demonstrate mastery and proficiency with every lift at every weight.
